    Well I be charged Sales Tax?  You will be charged State Sales Tax of 7.5% if you are living within the state of Illinois and the items are being sent to an address your address in Illinois. If you live in Illinois and the item(s) will be sent out of state you will not be charged Sales Tax. All out of state purchases do not get charged Sales Tax. (back to top)

    Shipping and Handling:
    Shipping & Handling is added to all orders. United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority with Delivery Confirmation United Parcel Post (UPS) Ground.  On jewelry orders (only) if you need Express Mail via United States Postal Service (USPS) please give us a call on our toll free number: 1-877-MT5:13-16 (1-877-685-1316) and we will arrange that for your order.

    Delivery Schedule:
    We will normally ship your retail order to you in 3 to 5 business days, unless otherwise noted.
    Orders shipped to a P.O. Box must be shipped via USPS. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

    Back Orders:
    If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. Your item(s) will ship automatically once they are back in stock.

    Returns/Exchanges for Eternal Light:

    Eternal Light products come with a 30 day no hassle guarantee. Returns will be accepted on unworn t-shirts or jewelry for any reason within 30 days of invoice date. Any jewelry scratched, damaged or showing any signs of wear will not be accepted for Return/Exchange. T-Shirts that are worn, cut, or stained and / or show signs of being worn will not be accepted for Returns/Exchanges.
    If you do indeed need to Return/Exchange item(s) Contact Us via our Contact Us page and we will get the ball rolling on your Return/Exchange. All returns and exchanges require a Authorization from Eternal Light. Once we receive Authorization from Eternal Light we will contact you and give you instructions for your Return/Exchange.
    If the Return/Exchange is because a wrong size or color was ordered, you are responsible for shipping charges both ways.
    If the Return is because of a shipping error either by us or Eternal Light your shipping charges are covered both ways.
    If the return is because of a defective product, shipping is covered both ways. If you are returning an item because you are not happy with what you purchase Salt & Light will issue you a refund of the full purchase price less any shipping charges.  (back to top)

    Shipping and Handling:
    Shipping and Handling are added to each order.  Orders can be shipped via USPS Priority; UPS Ground.  If you wish to upgrade your shipping to UPS 3 Day Select; UPS 2 Day Air; UPS Next Day Air Saver or UPS Next Day Air, please give us call on our toll free line: 1-877-MT5:13-16 (1-877-685-1316) and we will arrange that for your order.  You will receive a confirming email from Salt and Light Christian Mall when you order is shipped.  At that time we will send along your tracking number for your shipment.  You can track your shipment by either going to USPS or UPS which ever method of shipment you choose.

    Shipping and Handling:
    Your Scripts should arrive within 7 business days from the day your order is placed. We ship by Priority Mail, mailing the next day if the order is placed by 2PM EST, Monday through Friday.

    Returns/Exchanges for Scripts Footwear:

    Scripts Footwear is committed to providing total customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, return your unworn shoes with the receipt and in the original box, within 14 days of the date printed on your receipt. You will be given an exchange for a different size, color, or style - or you may be issued a credit back to the credit card used to make the purchase. Cost of your return shipping back to us is nonrefundable. However, Scripts Footwear will pay for the shipping of your newly selected shoes back to you.

    Taking Care of your Scripts shoes:
    Scripts shoes can be washed either by hand or in the washing machine in the gentle cycle, in cold water, using gentle laundry detergent - no bleach. Scripts shoes should be dried away from a heat source, and definitely not in the automatic drier, as it may damage the vulcanized rubber. The insoles can easily be removed and washed by hand.     Shipping and Handling:
    Unless noted otherwise in the ordering process, Chi Rho Apparel ships all items within two days of receiving an order. Orders received on the weekends go out Monday  You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.  Chi Rho ships via USPS and UPS.

    Returns/Exchanges for Chi Rho Apparel:

    Chi Rho's return/refund policy is if the customer isn’t happy with it we will take the return within 30 days. If there is a flaw in the garment we are willing to exchange it no problem.
    If the product you have received is defective or we ship you the wrong item we will gladly replace it. We will pay for shipping and handling (standard postal service). If you order the wrong size shirt we will replace it but you will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the return.
